The 36php platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older. 36php does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been submitted by a person under 21, we will immediately close the associated account, delete the data, and report the incident to PAGCOR as required by our licensing conditions. If you believe a minor has created a 36php account, please contact us immediately at the details in Section 14.
11.1 Some of 36php's third-party service providers — including game providers and technology infrastructure partners — are located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to such providers, 36php ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual data processing agreements that impose data protection standards equivalent to those required by Philippine law.
