These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 36php platform. Please read them carefully. By registering or using any service on 36php, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 36php. This is a legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gaming in the Philippines.
36php is licensed and regulated by PAGCOR and operates under Philippine law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Each player may hold only one 36php account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements outlined at the time of the offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until requirements are met.
36php is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. Valid Philippine government-issued ID is required.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. The 36php Platform is strictly available only to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This requirement is mandatory under PAGCOR's regulatory framework governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. 36php reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the Player cannot confirm they meet the minimum age requirement.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions. The 36php Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines and by individuals accessing the Platform in jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ascertain the applicable law in their jurisdiction of access. 36php makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in any jurisdiction other than the Philippines.
2.3 Registration. To open an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and active mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any Balance.
2.4 One Account Rule. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active Account on the 36php Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 36php may merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and withhold all associated balances pending investigation.
2.5 Corporate Entities. Accounts may not be registered in the name of a corporation, partnership, trust, or any other non-natural-person entity. Only individual natural persons may hold a 36php Account.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 36php login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 36php will never request your password through any channel.
3.2 You must notify 36php immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account by contacting our support team. 36php shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
3.3 You must not share your Account with any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or transfer your Account to any other person. Account sharing is a prohibited activity under these Terms.
3.4 36php strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. 36php shall not be liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to enable available security features.
4.1 Deposits. 36php accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit amount is ₱36. Deposits are processed in real time for e-wallet methods. 36php does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players must complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. 36php targets same-day processing for verified GCash and PayMaya withdrawals submitted during business hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM Philippine Standard Time). Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on the 36php Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 36php does not accept or process transactions in foreign currency.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Funds derived from bonus awards are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before withdrawal. 36php may delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 36php is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the Player's own name.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers provided by 36php are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including Wagering Requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits.
5.2 36php reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a Player has already accepted and activated a specific offer.
5.3 Bonuses are issued for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, systematic play strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or collusion — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
5.4 Where a Player holds both real-money and bonus funds, real-money funds will be wagered first unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
6.1 All bets placed on the 36php Platform are final once confirmed. 36php does not accept requests to cancel, void, or reverse confirmed wagers except where a manifest technical error has occurred.
6.2 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game malfunction during active play, 36php will resolve the affected round in accordance with the game provider's rules. The outcome visible on your screen at the time of disconnection shall not be deemed final unless confirmed by 36php's game servers.
6.3 36php reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, including wagers placed at incorrect odds due to a system error or data feed malfunction, without prior notice.
6.4 Individual game and sports betting rules, including specific payout structures, tie-break rules, and void-bet conditions, are governed by the rules of the respective game or sport as published on the 36php Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 36php Platform. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities:
8.1 36php is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides Players with tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your Account settings.
8.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. During the self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be disabled and no marketing communications will be sent. Self-exclusion periods of a minimum of six (6) months may be requested. Players may request permanent self-exclusion at any time.
8.3 36php participates in the PAGCOR responsible gaming framework and may share information with PAGCOR's player protection database where required by regulation.

9.1 All content on the 36php Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of 36php or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of 36php.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 36php's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to 36php in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 36php shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
10.3 36php does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 36php is not liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party system outages, including payment processor outages.
11.1 36php reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) 36php is required to do so by PAGCOR or any applicable law; (c) 36php has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity; or (d) the Platform ceases operations.
11.2 Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC and provided no breach of these Terms is under investigation.
11.3 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 36php's customer support team.
12.1 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, wager, or account transaction, you must notify 36php in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes notified after this period will not be accepted.
12.2 36php will investigate all disputes in good faith and aim to respond within ten (10) business days. 36php's game server records and logs shall be the primary source of truth in any dispute concerning game outcomes.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR for review in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
13.1 36php reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address or by prominent notice on the Platform.
13.2 Continued use of the 36php Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Manila, Philippines.
